Install from your terminal

./install.sh

Clones the GitHub repo, downloads the ready-made app, and adds it to your app launcher. No source build needed.

Requires Git and curl. On Steam Deck, run this in Desktop Mode.

    Start in Desktop Mode.

    On your Steam Deck, hold the power button and choose Switch to Desktop. Open this website in its browser.

  2. 02

    Download and allow it to run.

    Download the Linux AppImage below and move it to an Applications folder in your Home directory. Right-click the file, open Properties → Permissions, and enable Is executable.

  3. 03

    Add it to your Steam library.

    Open Steam → Games → Add a Non-Steam Game. Browse to the AppImage and add it. Leave compatibility tools such as Proton disabled.

  4. 04

    Dock, connect, and launch.

    Return to Gaming Mode, connect the Deck to your TV, and pair your controller. Choose a standard Gamepad layout and launch FieldScreen TV.
